If you wish to return a Mystery Box, all items must be sent back together, in resaleable condition. We are unable to offer partial refunds, or part or full exchanges, on mystery boxes.

Your order arrives wrapped in delicate tissue paper and carefully packaged in a recyclable box. To support long-lasting wear, you can include a dust bag and cashmere comb with your order. For gifting, a luxury gift bag can also be added at checkout.
All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. Next day delivery is also available in the UK Monday-Thursday.
