How do I personalise my scarf?
To begin personalisation, select the 'add personalisation' button on the product page of the product you would like to add embroidery to. Choose from two fonts and four colours.
How long will it take to receive my embroidered item?
Please allow an additional 3-4 days for our embroidery service. Next day delivery is not available for orders that include a personalised item.
Can I choose any item to be embroidered?
At the moment, our embroidery service is available exclusively on our cashmere and lambswool scarves.
Are personalised items refundable?
All personalised items are non refundable, as each piece is made specifically for you. Refunds are only offered in the case of a manufacturers fault such as a damaged product.
Can I request more than four letters?
Currently, our scarves can be personalised with up to four English letters only to maintain the perfect balance of elegance and readability. Special characters, numbers or lower case letters are not available for embroidery.
