One of our earliest developments, this beautiful Victorian mansion is situated in the Southside of Edinburgh city centre. Transforming the site into one of the most talked-about residential developments in the area, we created 7 individual homes ranging from 2-4 bedrooms. Without adversely affecting the original listed building, the new sandstone conversion has seamlessly merged into the rear facade of the existing structure, serving to complement neighbouring properties.
